Duties
- Identify threats that might potentially lead to fire within your premises.
- Patrol the area on regular intervals.
- Enforcement of safety procedures in the work environment.
- Follow safety procedures and use equipment and/or PPE as defined.

- Making sure the building fire exits are clear at all the times.
- Inform Emergency services at time of fire.
- Audit the scene before emergency services arrive.
- Help first responders when they reach at sight.

- Clearing the area and making sure no one gets left behind at time of evacuation.
Responsibilities
As all the people are unknown on fact as to how to use fire fighting equipment as they are
present at location so it could be dangerous if someone without the right knowledge tries to control the fire. As our
guards will be working in the environment so they would easily familiarize themselves through continuous patrols the
entire premises to detect fires and turning on the immediate alarm to the Fire Department and people at the location.
When first responders reach the sight a guard can aid before help arrives and explain to them. So, they can relate the history of the scene saving valuable time. In multiple cases it has been observed that fire outbreaks occur during times when there is little or no supervision, especially at night.
